Our consultants will assist in developing the right SonarLogic architecture for your business. The aim is to not only deliver Operational Intelligence into the hands of the appropriate people and teams within your organisation, but to also provide business agility via the ability to simply and continuously enhance and develop the systems.

Server Oriented Architecture (SOA) initially developed around application-to-application remote procedure calls (RPC). Now there is also a growing recognition of the role of web oriented and event driven implementations. Further, analysts realize that much of the power of SOA can be delivered immediately with event driven applications that converge with SOA strategy.

Business Intelligence Analysis

Operational intelligence may be gained from monitoring business and infrastructure services, processes, field operations or any combination of these. This is possible once an Event Processing Network (EPN) is in place to normalize all of these events. However, both business analysis and domain expertise are required to turn data into intelligence.

The business analyst defines the desired business intelligence as a set of rules and/or algorithms and implements them within the EPN. Dashboards, reports, or interfaces to other systems are implemented to deliver the operational intelligence that will empower your business to make real-time, proactive decisions about the direction and future of your business.

Implementation Engineering

SonarLogic can provide engineers for the implementation and configuration of the EPN. This includes design of the (distributed) EPN implementation architecture, interfacing with the event sources and configuration of the system.

SonarLogic's Engineers are there to deliver a secure, high performance EPN that provides you with your own highly extensible, tailored BI platform. Importantly, the implementation of the EPN does not require system downtime to integrate the data sources. This, plus the smart design of the platform, means that implementation costs are often a fraction of 'off the shelf' products that would address a single area of your BI requirements only.

SonarLogic will customize support to meet the specific needs of its customers. This ranges from 24/7 phone support to full-time onsite.

Training

SonarLogic offers EPN training on the management and configuration of the Operational Intelligence engine. This allows your company to choose to control the ongoing maintenance of the solution in-house.
