The EPN it's self if primarily Intrastate, it needs Rules, Structure Reponses, Dashboard and reports before it is truly effective. 
SonarLogic works with Partners to create this "domain Intelligence" and we call it a Knowledge Array.

 We have created a number of Knowledge Arrays but we don’t have the breathe of expertise to offer Knowledge Arrays for all business sector. So we reply of partners who are experts in that particular field. 
Should the Partner wish, we will help promote their Knowledge Array to other partners and potential customer.
